Now, if you don't have anyone beside to translate, we continue this discussion in english, we can manage this. So, first of all, we need some details about your perspectives, indicated in link above:

1. What is the maximum budget you want to get into?
2. When do you plan to make the purchase? (give date, number of days or time interval)
3. Do you have any preference for the platform, Intel or AMD? Do you also have a favorite manufacturer / vendor?
4. Do you have any preference for the video card, nVidia or AMD? Do you also have a favorite manufacturer / vendor?
5. Does the configuration need a monitor included? If not, what is the maximum resolution of your monitor and what inputs it is provided (VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP), or if you intend to change it in the future with something bigger (Full HD or above)?
6. What do you want to use the system for? If you work especially with specific photo / video editing or professional programs, please tell us what they call.
7. Do you want to overclock or not your fancy? (if you do not know what overclocking is, you are most likely do not want to do)
8. Is it necessary to be silent or not relevant?
9. General appearance is important, do you want to create a general theme and / or a transparent side panel? Where will the casing be placed on the floor, in the special office compartment, on the desk etc?
10. Do you have other components that you want to use with this system? If so, tell us something about each, what a model they are, what type, etc.
11. Do you need peripherals (keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, speakers, headphones)?
12. If you are buying a complete system, do you want to assemble it?

After you answer these questions we can move forward on recommendations.

1. 6000 lei
2. This week, till Friday probably.
3. Since i am going to stream i would prefer going to ryzen 5 1600x i think would be the best without loosing frames on the twitch.
4. About this i rather would go for gtx 1060 6gb or amd 580 8gb.
5. I would like a full hd monitor but not too much expensive, maybe 21 or 24" if possible.
6. I want the system for gaming and streaming (1080p 60fps) , on top of that probably i would edit videos of game plays to post in youtube.
7. I dont think would be necessary a overclock but in this case i rather would prefer for the ryzen 1600x or better maybe bcs if i need in the future i could do the OC.
8. I dont think the pc need to be silent, maybe not so loud but wouldn't be something that could bother me too much.
9. I dont need theme, i would like a case with a good ventilation bcs of the system, about the place maybe will be in the ground ir on the desk...
10. I want to build a stream pc tham maybe i would go for managing usb cables, a microphone and a web cam full hd (but not so expensive).

Hi. You can take Ryzen 1600 instead of 1600x, with similar specs, but with cooler included.
I recommend a motherboard with x370 chipset, better for overclock.
GTX 1060 6gb with good performance and lower consumption than rx580.
A good power supply, 550 watts it is enough for this system.
The case has 5 fans included. For storage 120 gb SSD m.2 and HDD 1TB.
16 gb ram ddr4 enough for any game and streaming.
An monitor with VA panel, 24 inch, Flicker Free and Blue Light Reducer, cable DVI included.
Good peripherals, but I surpassed budget for add the webcam. It's ok?

That's a grat settings, i was thinking here about 2 things...

1. Headset, it is 7.1 ? Or bormal stereo? Maybe i would go for a 7.1 ...

2. About the motherboard, it really necessary for this setting this one taking in consideration of 700+ lei, maybe could downgrade a bit the motherboard in order to have the headset 7.1?

About the price, well i really would go for max 6k but for sure if the settings stay great like this would have no problem to go over around 100-200 lei...

Obs: it the shipping free in case if i order ?

There is anything on this settings that anyone would change in order to save more money?

Headset it's 2.0. 7.1 is a virtual effect.
A cheap motherboard is this, with b350 chipset. It's ok for moderate overclocking.
For x370, you must buy an aftermarket cooler if you want OC over 4ghz and good temperatures, another 300-400 RON.

With this motherboard you think is possible go around 4ghz OC without having highly Temperatures? Or if i keep the MB that you suggest would be better? Would be really necessary to buy an extra cooler ?

About the headset, i never understood very well about the 7.1 , in thid case this HS can go for this 7.1 virtual effect? It is worth this headset for fps gaming taking in consideration about the details to hear small sounds?

If i go for OC , i dont think i would need more than 4ghz, that would be ok because for the needs it would work great right?

4 ghz I don't think. But 3.6-3.8 ghz yes.

The MSI motherboard above with B350 chipset is OK, equipped with a solid CPU_VRM supplied by Richtek (RT8894A 4+2 phases) which can support overclocking Ryzen 5 to ~4GHz, even on boxed cooler. For the moment, all Ryzen processors have an overclocking limit at 4GHz, but there is a great hope in near future for AMD to change this with new BIOS's versions.
According to this, I would recommend you to stick on Ryzen 5 1600 (simple, not X) which is delivered with boxed cooler, in order to overclocking it to 3.8-3.9GHz where will be enough for your activity. Anyway, you can change the cooler when will be provided more models on the market, today the offer being very ”thin”

Great to hear that!!! I defenestration like the idea and probably i would stick on that, but besides of this there still one thing that i would change, the ssd, i would go for 240gb bcs i have a lot of games and i would like to have the games installed on ssd instead of installing limited...
So i think if i could chose the 350 motherboard i could go for 240 gb ssd ?

You don't have much advantages if you install games on SSD, only level load time is affected in the way in which will be shorter than if the game were installed on HDD. But, if you wish, is obvious you can do that, so, this model should be good enough for that purpose:

That MB doesn't have wireless.
With the assembly service, delivery will take about 7-10 days.
For shipping you will pay 10-20 lei because system and monitor weighs more than 5 kilograms.

You have to add the content of the wishlist from previous page into cart, check the appropriate boxes, including payment method, and place the order. You have here details about this, but you still need to have someone to translate or place order for you.

Great so i can gor the usb version also, maybe i will change the keyboard for a mecanic one that would be around 80 lei plus right??? I saw one red dragon that is around 200 lei, what do you think about this?
